Y-2000 Round Ribbon Tabber Stringer

Using the patented technology of real-time ribbon correction function, the Solar Ribbon corrects the position of the solar ribbon according to the position of the Busbar while the IR lamp is welding the solar cells. Compared with the conventional stringer using a Teflon conveyor, our stringer reduces the ribbon displacement caused by the solar cells being transferred on the belt, thus reasonably avoiding the occurrence of ribbon misalignment.

One machine is compatible with 0.26, 0.32 round ribbon diameters and 0.28, 0.32 flat ribbon.

Robot layup machine

The YLR-400 Robot Layup

uses an advanced and high-accuracy six-axis robot combined with a high-efficiency automatic solar string layup system independently developed by YiLi Pv to meet customers’ automatic layout needs for different solar cell strings. At the same time, it has a highly cost-effective advantage.
